I have 2 questions, but first, a description of what I’ve done:

I’ve taken the two themes which were the best, and I’ve taken the best elements from each of them and combined them into one.
I’ve used Nil as the base, but used Soda for a lot of the buttons and icons.

So, question 1)
Is such a ‘remix’ a legitimate thing to share, or does it have to be completely original to be sharable?

question 2)
If a remix theme is sharable, how do I get it into package control and get it out there?

1. I don’t really know… I suppose nobody will really care, I’ve seen many themes based on other themes.
