No "check syntax" for HTML?

No "check syntax" for HTML?

Seems odd that there is no simple way to check for syntax errors in HTML. Coming from BBEdit, where there is a command to check syntax and it opens a window with the errors listed and highlighted. Sometimes I will still open files in BBEdit to look for errors, but it would be nice to do that in ST2.

I have tried Sublime Linter, but this doesn't seem to do nearly the same thing and highlights way to many things that aren't errors at all. It also just highlights them with no indication as to why, unless I am missing a key piece of functionality.

BBEdit's checker will give you line number and something like "closing tag </p> was never opened" and things like that. Very helpful.
