ST3 wont load tmLanguage file

I have a tmLanguage file i created for editing Forth code in ST2 which is working fine. When I launch ST3 it claims the XML file has errors. I believe this to be incorrect and a possible bug in ST3 as http://www.w3schools.com/dom/dom_validate.asp reports no errors.

If the XML is too big for the forum, put it in a gist, but you do need to share it. It's entirely possible that the ST2 parser is more forgiving of errors than whatever ST3 uses.

i do not believe there are ANY syntax errors in that xml file.

It works for me when I try it, what error message are you seeing?

i ***WAS*** getting a bad xml popup but now im not getting one on this file any more which has me thoroughly confused. Now im getting this error on Widgets.stTheme. I know i was getting this on the tmLanguage file but now its not happening here, just on the stTheme file :/
