I just tried Sublime Text 3. In ST2 I customized some of the default packages - for example changed the spacing in some snippets to match my preference. I wanted to merge those changes to ST3 but the packages directory is empty. When I choose Preferences / Browse packages… the only directory there is “User”. I’m using the portable Windows version.
