sublime text 3 release date

i know it is difficult to have an exact release date, but can we have a time frame, like say within the month or another 3 months or so? the wait is killing.

What's the problem? The beta builds are *very* close to what the release version will look like.

If you need it now, buy a license.
If you're too cheap to buy a license, you'll have to wait for release, which is somewhere between tomorrow and far distant future.

Exactly, if you need it now, just buy a license. The Goto Definition feature alone is worth the $30 for the upgrade from ST2

I think that it would be beneficial to have at least some idea of the time scale to the release date of Sublime text 3.

I feel that the development and porting of packages would move quicker if some sort of schedule were to exist.

I have a licence and I am already using ST3 and it looks like it will be a fantastic upgrade, but some packages do not yet work.

I stopped using ST2 several weeks ago. I'm sure there are editing tasks that will trip it up, but mine don't -- and it's just fast as hell.
