Apologies if this has been repeated, as I did search on Google and the forums for this. Is there a way to default opening a Sublime project on each open?

At the moment, I created a project for really one-directory that all my work occurs in. I would like upon opening Sublime to default opening that project. I’m assuming I’m missing something basic, but I haven’t been able to find it yet.
