apply snippets to all file in folder

apply snippets to all file in folder

Postby urbanspaceman on Fri Dec 06, 2013 12:36 pm

Hi, i'm new to sublime and i'm try the beta 3 version
i find this editor very usefool and i start a simple joomla project to see if fit my needs...

i found the joomla snippets and joomla scaffolding for sublime in git (scaffolding doesn't work on s3)
my question is:

i have a folder with a joomla extension inside, every file has one or more place holder inside, like jheader, jsitecontroller...
to convert this in real code i have to open each file, put the cursor at the end of the placeholder and press the spacebar

there is a way to do this process automatically?
something like APPLY THIS SNIPPETS TO THIS FOLDER... or similar... (okay even from the command line, are on linux opensuse)

This question is very difficult.
I can answer some questions about the scaffold.
There are some information about scaffolding on the website that I hope can help you.
