Dev Build 2021

Due to a Goto Anything related crash in build 2020, a new version is now available in the dev channel, at http://www.sublimetext.com/dev. My hope is that this will get promoted into a stable build in the near future - any testing in the mean time is appreciated.

As well as fixing that particular issue, there are some other nice to have things too:

• Goto Anything is faster when previewing files
• There's now a View/Hide Menu option on windows
• Multi part file extensions are handled properly when mapping them to a syntax. This was a problem in particular for Ruby on Rails projects.

Damn man, I already thought Goto Anything was crazy fast! Thanks for the view/hide menu option.
