When sublime text crashes, a .dmp file is created and crash_reporter is executed (which I presume uploads that file on your servers).

What information is thus transmitted ?
The OS, version, callstack, [home/]username, name of the open files, buffers, … ?

Otherwise you could use something like wireshark to look and see.
