IM thinking of using Sublime for Rails development.
What I need is this :

1. check of using smart quotes. They have messed up my project, so I have to start over again.
2. File list of my project.
3. Easy use of Rspec.

Can this be done and if so, are they somewhere info how to achieve this ?
