I need help for refund of my purchase

Hi everyone.
I have purchased sublime text exactly 29 days ago.
And I could not satisfied with software compared with others which already have.
So, I had requested refund(2 times).
But, still there is no answers from sublimetext.com or paypal.com for 29 days.
Today, I will write email again without hope.

How can I handle this.

I have sent email to sales@sublimetext.com at JUL 22 2014 , JUL 23 2014, yesterday(AUG 22 2014).

If there are some problem with eamil server (mine either sublimetext)
I will show my purchase info here.
