I am new to flash with no knowledge of it, and have never used Sublime Text(mac). I do have past experience programming in c, c++ and python though. Is there any tutorial based on Sublime Text and Flash? Or, is there any useful tutorial for programming a flash game?

Sublime Text is an editor and does not contribute to you writing Flash.

It can’t compile to swf? I was recommended to sublime from a Haxe user for free flash developement in mac.

You were misled. Sublime Text is a text editor. With that said, you could set up a build system to compile your project.
