when I open subl I got error:

I think problem is subl3 but I remove subl3 and config folder in /home/user/.config/sublime-text-3.

Bul subl2 problems not resolved.

what can I do?

Sounds like you deleted some of the files.

I would install ST3 fresh and then move over any packages or plugins that you need to that. This will both fix your issues and start you using ST3 as it is very stable!
