If I close a tab, is it possible to control which tab is selected next? I would prefer it to be the previously selected tab.

E.g., if I have 5 tabs open and am currently viewing tab 3:
1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5

Then I switch to tab 4:
1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5

If I close tab 4, I would like tab 3 to be selected:
1 - 2 - 3 - 5

However this doesn’t seem to be the current behavior. It seems almost random to me. I am never sure which tab will be selected next if I close the current tab.
