I actually tried Afloat but it did not work for Sublime. I think it is because Afloat only works for Cocoa programs and Sublime isn't? Anyway, although Afloat was cool for other apps, it uses SIMBL plugin system which is pretty invasive on the OS so I uninstalled it.
