Python Development and Frameworks

Is there a way , when you load a project, to have it automatically load certain python files (such as a frameworks core pyhon libs) so when im writing code i have access to auto completion that is usable in the proper context. From what i saw though, so far only basic auto completion is available and not full intellisense like completion.
