I am working on a new computer language. I am looking for someone very familiar with syntax highlighting. As it is an indented-style language like python, it will require some state machine to properly track. I would like to hire someone to work on the language. To evaluate your skill level, i will send you a small fragment of the language ENBF syntax to test your ability to complete the job. If you know how to make syntax coloring work on other IDE’s that would be a big plus, but for now sublime text would be progress.

Exactly. Sounds like a scam of sorts.

Perhaps a reasonable solution would be for the OP to post the sample snippet they want done to the forum so that multiple applicants would all see that they are doing the same and not a free quilt square?

You may also get more serious answers if you indicate how much you are willing to pay for a robust deliverable.
