Skin/Theme - Dawn (customized)

I setup a customized skin/theme based on Dawn. Feel free to grab if anybody is interested.

A note... I'm not happy with how the GoToAnything panel and the find panel look right now but I haven't gotten too far with those just yet. I'll dig in soon but if anybody else wants to, feel free to edit and do a pull request.
