TextCommand.is_enabled doesn't disable menuitem

If you return False from a custom TextCommand.is_enabled method, the corresponding menu item doesn't seem to disable. Is that behaving as designed?

This is working for me - take a look at the "Copy File Path" context menu item, for example, which is implemented via a plugin and won't be enabled for untitled files

Oops, sorry, on second inspection, this is related to viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2588&start=0 ... the built-in and custom command were conflicting.
