Turn Off COMMAND MODE? How?

Every once in a while I accidentally trigger this key combo. How do I turn this off? How does it get trigger?

This is part of the Vintage package, which is disabled by default. Please verify that it's still in your ignored_packages setting, via the "Preferences/Global Settings - Default" menu item. There should be a line which places Vintage in the ignored packages list:

Check your "Global Settings - User" settings too, to ensure that the ignored_packages setting isn't overridden there.
