Syntax color changes and upgrades

Postby msluyter on Mon Oct 03, 2011 11:02 pm

The first thing I do when I download a new version of ST2 is to go change the default comment color in Monokai Bright to green. I have to do this on every upgrade, since the packages get written over. Is there a way to avoid this. It doesn't appear to be a user setting that I can find.

Thanks,
Mike

Open monokai, change the name and replace one of the characters in the uuid with a different number, change the color, save it in User under your changed name. You can then choose it as your default color scheme by going Preferences>Color Scheme>User>(your name).

And don't forget to compare the default file with your file periodically (or better compare with 'Monokai' because it's the default one).
Otherwise you will miss the additions by Jon.
