I have created an elaborate GREP find/replace I will be needing often How can this be made into a command, so I can just run it on a file, or at least re-load it into the find/replace?

You could try the RegReplace plugin which allows you to create Reg/Replace commands and even commands that launch a sequence of Reg/Replaces.

I still have a couple of features planned for it, but it should do what you want.
