I double-clicked a file which is mapped to ST2.

ST2 launches, opens the project I was working on when I quit, and added the new document to that window.

Is that how it’s supposed to behave?

NOTE: If sublime is RUNNING, with the project open, and I double-click a file in Finder I get a new window.
