I’m usually good at finding exact fail cases, but I swear that about half the time I press Command-Option-F to find & replace, then press Command-Option-Enter to replace all, it does nothing. Clicking the “replace all” button will work, but the shortcut doesn’t.

I thought it might be a conflicting shortcut in a plugin, but a co-worker who just fresh installed Sublime Text 2 has the same problem. We’re both on 2180, but this has been a problem for months on and off… Mac OS X 10.6.8.
