Making wrap paragraph more useful

Making wrap paragraph more useful

The `wrap paragraph at x chars` could be improved. Currently (i think) it reads
the first char(s) of the paragraph and appends that to to all of the new
lines. I could image this is to make it work when formatting a long comment
line. However this makes it less useful in LaTex. Try to format the following
paragraph.

\paragraph{Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exercitation ullamco laboris nisi ut aliquip ex ea commodo}

What I want is

aliquip ex ea commodo}

but i get:

\ut aliquip ex ea commodo}

You could use the current scope to define the behavior if you wanted to fix this
such that it only appends the comment char of the language if the scope is
comment.line

Cheers,
Mads
