At work, I type “img” hit tab and I get

<img src="http://dummyimage.com/800x600/4d494d/686a82.gif&text=placeholder+image" alt="placeholder+image">

Which plug in is causing this? The shortcut used to simply add an empty img tag.

I don’t know where it came from, but I located it and remedied it.
