Vintage <s>

#1

hi all,

have any of you experienced bad outcome when you use in vintage mode?

whenever I press in visual mode, there’s always one extra character being eaten by the substitution action…
If I press in command mode, not in visual mode, where the substitution action only works on the single character that my cursor is on, it works fine.
what’s more, when in visual mode, even there’s only one character being highlighted, still eats 1 extra character…

Anyone knows what’s wrong with my sublime or it’s a bug hasn’t been fixed yet?
Thanks

Do I need to post my plugin list?

I’m experiencing the same thing. When I enter visual mode and select an entire word with e, then hit s, the space after the word is eaten too. In addition, if I start at the end of a word and back select the word with b then hit s, the first character in the word is not consumed.

yes, same.

wondering if it’s caused by any plugin or just a feature needs to be tweaked.

oh, I may try disabling all the plugins…
