I’m not sure if this is something messed up on my end or just a change with the latest version. I just installed 2216 and the tabs are now square, which I like, for the extra space it affords filenames, but when I make a change to a file it doesn’t change the close button to a circle like I’m used to seeing (which is a feature I love!). Is this intentionally gone, or is something weird going on?

You’re using the soda theme. The tabs weren’t changed in the default version. You have to change the setting “highlight_modified_tabs.” See the soda post for more details.
