For interested folks, I just finished up and released a sublime-package for MSBuild support.

It has a build system (with fallback to locate the most recent installed MSBuild version), autocomplete, syntax highlighting… the whole shebang. The readme tells you the complete feature list.

If you try it out and have problems or suggestions, please post an issue on the GitHub site for it. I won’t really be able to run support through the forum.
