As a long time user of Dreamweaver have some workflow and habits from this software. When I create html sites (no CMS) in Dreamweaver there is functionality of Templates. For example I can create main site with some regions (part of html code) which is exactly the same on other sites in this website (it can be for example footer, header or menu). All new sites are created as a copy of this main site (called template in Dreamweaver). Now, everytime I made some changes in one of this regions it is atomatically updated in all sites created on template.

So in real example if I made some change for example in footer I just click update in all sites button and Dreamweaver automatically update it on all sites. Do you have any idea how to achieve similair functionality in Sublimetext?
