I’m testing Sublime Text 2, I think that is a good editor, I found fantastic that the same editor can be execute in differents OS (I develop in Windows in my work, but in my home I use Mac).
Normally I use Php to develop my applications and scripts, before I know the existence of Sublime I was using Aptana Studio.
I love some features of Aptana, that I can’t found in Sublime Text 2, for example:
- When you have a project in aptana, he detects the files that are in the project, then when you begin to write the command to call a class or library (in php require or require_once), Aptana help me to autocomplete the files with the correct path.
- After you make a reference of the class or library,the autocomplete help me with the parameters of the methods or functions. And if I press Ctrl+click of the mouse, I go directly to the function or method.
These things, are very useful for me, are possible this features in sublime text 2?
