I’m “brand new” to this editor.
Apologize if this is not the correct section.
I’m trying to install a plug-in on a Debian pc
I’ve putted the folder that contain the file plugin under the Packages folder. And I’m quite sure, that this is the correct folder. But under the
View–syntax
menu, I stlll don’ t find my plugin.
Do I have to set it somewheares in some config file?
if yes, wich one?

Yes, of course 
Is not a commercial plugin. Is the plugin for taskjuggler, a project management software. It is developed by a user of this sw. He put th dir on the github repo. (github.com/luminize/TJ3-syntax-sublimetext2)
I downloaded the .zip file and put the on the Packages folder. But I can’t see it
