Default Snippet template

Hi,

Does anyone know how to edit the default snippet template to include the description tag?

I would like to change it from:
<snippet>
<content><![CDATA[
Hello, ${1:this} is a ${2:snippet}.
]]></content>
<!-- Optional: Set a tabTrigger to define how to trigger the snippet -->
<!-- <tabTrigger>hello</tabTrigger> -->

to:
