Save all open files?

Is there a way to save all open files at once? Many times I do a mass find and replace and it ends up with like 50+ files open and I am having to manually save and confirm over and over 50+ times. Any easier way?

That is the save all shortcut. It is also in the File menu. This in on version 2.0.1 Build 2217
