When I try to open a text file in Sublime from a third party app, using the “Open With” menu item, nothing happens.

Sublime is already open, possibly with a similarly named file. In this latest instance, the third party app was TortoiseSVN, which integrates with Windows Explorer.

Any thoughts? Thanks for your help,
