I’ve been wondering why the “ctrl+j” keybinding only works when copied over to user bindings (ST2 on Linux 64-bit). Is this a known issue? By design? Bug?
Ctrl+J keybinding only works as user binding

It doesn’t do anything by default, and the shortcut isn’t printed next to menu item. After moving the binding verbatim to user settings, it works as expected, and menu item prints correctly.
