Only preferences set for the side bar is:
“bold_folder_labels”: true,

Highjacking this thread with a plugin_host related question: Is supporting automatic plugin_host restarting a planned feature? Otherwise it seems of little use as I’d still have to restart Sublime Text 2 manually and at that point it might as well just have crashed.
