Hi,

I am on Ubuntu 12.10 32-bit (I believe), and I have installed Sublime from Download section and created an alias sublime that triggers the /usr/local/Sublime Text 2/sublime_text executable. Problem is, all the packages I have installed are lost after window close, and nowhere to be found. Although I did get a warning message about some temporary changes not save because of invalid file in /root/.local/share or something. I tried to create that directory as asked and ran the executable as root, still everything is lost.
Btw, I can run sublime text as root or normal user, but if I dock it on the sidebar, I can’t open it again. Anything I can do about that?

I tried to replicate the issue, and now I have a new error message (sublime:14995): LIBDBUSMENU-GLIB-WARNING **: Trying to remove a child that doesn’t believe we’re it’s parent.
