Complex script fonts do not work with Sublime

Complex script fonts are not rendering properly in Sublime nor can you type them. For example, Arabic, Bangla are complex script fonts.

You can test this by trying to type Arabic in Sublime.

Working with Khmer, I find that complex scripts render incorrectly in ST2 as well as in build 3012 of the ST3 beta.
