I found a very annoying bug that dismisses my workflow many times a day.
Whenever selecting a block of text, if I move the cursor to the sidebar while selecting it causes the app to instantly freeze with the beech ball. I have to force quit the app in Activity Monitor every time.
Running OS X 10.8.2 and Sublime Text 2.0.1, Build 2217

Edit: It also happens when moving the cursor over to a different group.
