I think this is a bug:

1. Open a file in ST3 which has 2 spaces instead of tabs for every level of indentation
2. Select ‘Convert to tabs’ from the command palette
3. Verify that your tab size is 4

You’ll notice that though tabs have replaced the spaces, it’s not until you close and reopen the file that the correct tab size is applied. Has anyone else noticed this?
