[Keyboard shortcuts] Using the quotation mark as a shortcut

Hi there,

I've changed all my tab switching keyboard shortcuts in order to be able to switch tabs without pressing the SHIFT key on Mac.
So CMD+1 becomes CMD+&, CMD+2 becomes CMD+é, but I can't use the quotation marks (") as a keyboard shortcut.

Anyone knows how to get around this problem?
