How to change the Packages Directory

Hello,

I would like to change the location of the packages directory (to be a network drive.)

Nevertheless, I will not be able to use the symlinks.

I had a look on plugins, but can't find the way to set the packages directory path.


(On Windows vista and Windows 8)
