I’m using Sublime Text 3 and was experiencing problems with the “Toggle Comment” command (menu and keyboard shortcut didn’t work).
I uninstalled all Packages and tried reinstalling them one by one again.
After intalling SublimeCodeIntel and restarting ST3 the command dind’t work anymore.
Disabling the package and restarting made everything ok again.
