Sometimes when I reactivate Sublime, when another program has been active, it pops up a dialog stating that the (unsaved) document has been changed on disk and asks if I want to reload it. If I answer yes it will revert the document back to before I started changing it, obviously.

From my own testing it seems to happen when I have some text selected in another (not Sublime) window and then go back to Sublime (either via ALT+TAB, mouse-click, or taskbar). It can also trigger when I select text in another document in Sublime too and go back to an unsaved document.

If there is an option to disable Sublime ever asking me this question, that would be awesome, but so far I haven’t found any.

I’m running Sublime Text 2 (v 2.0.1 build 2217) under Windows 8.
