Weird sidebar and tabs

#1

Hey all

OS: Ubuntu 13.04

First of all let me begin by saying that Sublime Text 2 is awesome.

Sublime was working for me perfectly until I decided to remove the Guest Account from the Ubuntu log in screen.
I did the following.

gksudo gedit /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf

Added a line ‘allow-guest=false’
Saved the file and restarted lightdm

sudo restart lightdm

Ever since I did that Sublime has been weird looking. The code editing interface is normal looking but the side bar and the tabs at the top are seriously weird.

I tried uninstalling it and re-installing it. Any ideas on what maybe the problem?

Looks like your theme might be screwed up. Did you try reverting?

Yeah!!! There was a reset option? Who knew… Sweet. That resolved the issue. Any idea why this occurred? Why the theme became buggy? I was using Dayle Reese’s color schemes and Soda Dark theme. Are the incompatible for each other? They do work properly with on my other machines.

Sorry to necro…but had to state that simply reverting, restarting Sublime and then renaming back my previous data folder sorted this same issue straight away, didn’t even need to re-install all my packages.

Brilliant
