Hi,

I’ve been using sublime text for a couple days, so far it’s great, I’m just a bit lost on how to do some easy things and can’t find the details in the help guides.

Can anyone help me on how to do these things?

1. Select text from just 1 column if I space out items using the tab key or if there’s another easier way?

2. Create a csv file so that it’s recognized by some scripts I’m trying to write?

3. I thought there was a plugin to do some selective text selection by line or from different lines, and also a compare file plugin as well as a merge file option

2. I don’t understand the question. are you putting in commas?

3. I’m not really sure what you mean by “selective selection” either…
