New Purchase, Invalid license

My employer just purchased a license key for me. Upon entering the license into the application, an error indicated that the license is invalid. All lines including BEGIN and END lines were entered (attempted with and without spaces, line-breaks ,etc.) to no avail. Please indicate how to resolve this issue.

I’m using Mac OSX 10.6.8, with SublimeText 2.0.1, build 2217
