On OS X, with “close_windows_when_empty”: true
This works, except when I drag-drop the last tab from one window A to window B. If window A is empty, then it should get closed according to this preference. But it doesn’t when drag-dropping tabs around.

Although this was mentioned as being addressed in release notes recently, it still does not work for me. In fact I can say that the preference “close_windows_when_empty”: true,
it doesn’t work drag-drop tabs around, and doesnt work when closing all the tabs in a window by keyboard shortcut, or by clicking on the X on the tab.
does not work, at all.

Did you figure anything out on this? I still also have this issue and it steals control of the cursor if moving tabs with keyboard shortcuts as well.
