build 3047 , xp sp3

It happens on my old dell 600 laptop, it must be something that old cpu’s can’t handle. But all other editors are working still on these 10 yo hardware why Sublime shouldn’t ?

It requires SSE2 and according to jps this will not be fixed: ST3 Bug: crash on non_SSE systems
